I was Additional Cameraman on Oscar-winning Saving Face, for which I shot most of the Karachi footage:

This is a lecture that my brother Nauman Naqvi gave at T2F in Karachi. I shot it and did all the post-production in collaboration with Nauman.

I edited a series of documentaries while I was working at BBC Urdu. These films were shot by community workers from rural areas of Pakistan who were given basic film-making and camera training by BBC Urdu producers. The series was included as part of the curriculum at New York University. This is an episode about a man from Hyderabad who lost both his hands but makes a living selling sugar-can juice:
